How to Do a Cat to Cat Free Running Pole Jump

1Jump onto a railing or a wall together with your hands gripped onto the top of the railing or wall with your feet pushed up against the wall or bottom railing.

2Start to shift your body weight outwards and get ready to push your legs into a straight position, and together with your hands turning the other way from where you had been originally placed.

3Start to turn your whole body 180 degrees from exactly where you had been originally positioned, facing the opposite wall/railing.

4Pull your legs in and then grab the railing facing you. When your hands are on your feet need to automatically be placed on the bar.
